Springwise | This week's smartest new business ideas

Checking out the list from Springwise, I noticed they also found GlassDoor.com. It's a really interesting site for those of us that work in the corporate world. I suggest anyone that wants to do research [about their own company, a company they think they'd like to work for, or just curious about a company] the provide info in two primary areas - employee satisfaction and "real" salaries.
