Additional comments on ChangeThis - I really like the website and what it stands for and the forum it provides for authors. There are several "known" authors (such as Seth Godin mentioned in this entry) that provide excerpts from their books via ChangeThis. It's a cool site with many really good manifestos - you need to check it out.
