The US Post Office has a place (probably lots) for all undeliverable mail - they are called "dead letters". A friend of mine sent this following email to me, providing information for a somewhat "dead letter" place for email...
The following site is where all that email ends up when someone uses a return address of "xxx@donotreply.com" and a message bounces or someone replies to the email anyway. The problem is donotreply is a real domain and the owner has a blog describing the email that ends up in his catchall account.
